Nan Ya management has encouraged the development of advanced quality systems by the LCD unit with the goal of Total Customer Satisfaction. Statistical Process Control (SPC), 5M analysis and the Taguchi Method are used throughout the manufacturing processes. QC inspections, reliability tests and new product qualification tests are performed continually. The Nan Ya LCD Plant received ISO-9001 certification in Feb 1997. |
