All LCD module products begin in the Nan Ya Technical Section where experienced design engineers use CAD workstations to design the LCD panel, PCB and other module components.

LCD module manufacturing is a multi-step process in a highly-automated, state-of-the-art production line. Most of the LCD panel manufacturing takes place in Class 100 or better clean room environments. Click on the process step below to view some of the manufacturing equipment used for that process.
